If I ever tell you to find me under the palms this is where I'll be. @kiri.palu is the perfect definition of tropical paradise destinations. This mighty Sinhalese ancestral Wallawwa sits within a tropical garden filled with Kiripalu and Coconut trees. Not to mention the many architectural features; the owners are doing a marvelous job in offering luxury modern comforts while safely keeping the old Sinhalese charm.




This majestic Walawwa; at the entrance you can find a four-bedroom house and once you walk in you’ll find your favorite hangout spot at this location with an amazing surrounding. Once you walk towards the property you can find a very personal spot ideal for a couple to spend some private romantic time. This place is also known for the mouthwatering food they offer.🍛 I would highly recommend this place if you want to have a quick pool party with friends, throw a bachelor or a bachelorette party, or even for some family fun.

Views through the mist to fall in love - Victoria Golf & Country Resort

Surrounded by the amazing views of the Victoria Lake which comes with a gorgeous sight of the Victoria Dam and the Knuckles Mountains range from another side; this gorgeous resort is a must in your places to visit in Sri Lanka list. Victoria golf & country resort is located 13 miles away from the Kandy Railway Station. If you’re someone who loves a little bit of an adventure, you can book your train from Colombo to Kandy (which serves you with a breathtaking view along the ride) and arrange a cab to the resort. It was a little gloomy when we arrived at this 500 acres resort property but still, we were blown away from the first sight of the location. I must say the gloominess gives the view of this property a heavenly twist.
